Step 1

Download from your App Store

You can download our app in any Apple or Android phone.  it is the only app that will pop up!

Make An Account

You can create your own account or log in with and of the below features.  All invoices will be sent directly to your email, so we suggest using a name and password that you will remember and is active!

Once you get to your profile and it is complete select "My Profile" n the top left

Add your pup!!

Once you have made yourself a profile, now it is time to make one for you fur baby!  All you will need to click is the paw(and+) sign!​  Make sure to upload. a profile picture of them!  Also, please note there are multiple options for gender.  Please pick the correct one!

Set the Appointment!

Once your pups profile is made. Click on their photo and request the Daycare dropdown and then -Meet & Greet.  This will allow you to select a day and time that works best for you!

Simply select a MWF that you would like and put in your drop off and pickup time.

​

Then click NEXT!

Properly Setting an Appointment!

After you clock next it will take you to your "Appointment Summary".  As you can see in the picture, the "Request Appointment" button is grayed out.  This is because there are actions that need to be taken before the appointment can be officially requested. You will need to click on each of the categories highlighted in red before proceeding.

You will also notice at the top of the screen it still says "Pending".

The first â€‹"Additional Requirement" is to sign the agreement.  If you have multiple dogs this will need to be signed for each individual dog.

Just click submit and it will take you back to the appointment screen!

Card on File

In order to move forward you will need to put a card on file.  This card will be used as your primary source of payment for your appointments! 

​

This is a secure and protected system, through a major global Merchant Services company.  So all of your information will be safe.

​

If you choose to pay with a different method, we can do that as well. The card will simply just be on file but will not be used.

Immunization's

When you submit your immunizations you can use one document by selecting all 3 at the same time.  In order for us to approve the immunizations we will need to see DHLPP, Bordetella and Rabies.  In addition we need to see when each vaccine was given and then when it is due next.  The system will track it to ensure every dog entering the facility is fully vaccinated.​

BOOK THE APPOINTMENT!

After all the mandatory requirements are complete, the "Request Appointment" button will light up in gray and you can officially request your meet & greet!

** IMPORTANT**

If you do not see the notification that says "Appointment Pending" your request did not go through.

​

To check the staus of your appointment, you can select the "calendar" button on your home page and it will show you all checked in, upcoming and past appointments.  It is here where you will see "Confirmed" which means we have confirmed your appointment and you are good to go!
