Dog you seperate small and big dogs?

Yes absolutely! Our general rule of thumb is to separate small and large at 25lbs. However, we like to also base this on the dogs temperament and attitude as well. If there is a very nervous 30lbs dog that does not do well with the big boys, we will gladly bump them down to the small side. The same goes for small dogs who are looking to play a little rough!

Does the app charge my card when I book an appointment?

No, the card on file will not be charged until you check out with your pup! At that point we can simply use the card you have already entered or you can choose to pay cash or venmo!

How long can my pup stay for the meet and great?

Your pup is welcome to stay up to 3 hours free for their initial visit. However, we do ask that as an owner you are available throughout the entire visit. If for some reason your dog is not loving it and would feel more comfortable in a different environment, we would like you to be available to come pick them back up.

Do you board dogs overnight?

Yes we do! You can see prices on our boarding tab via the website, or you can call or text for more information! 330-244-7326

Do you have cameras?

Yes!! We have live 24/7 cameras ready for you to watch your pup! All of this can be accessed through our app. When your pet is checked in the cameras will become live for you to watch them all day long!

It says you are closed Sat & Sun... can I still board over the weekend?

Yes!! We are open to boarding 7 days a week, however, daycare is only Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
